The entire staff of this place was phenomenal. There were no surprises before the deal closed, no inflated fees, and no one trying to steer you into a different, more expensive vehicle. These guys are straightforward, honest, and very friendly. I looked at multiple Kawasaki dealers, but it quickly became clear that Powersports of Carol Stream was the best.

I knew what bike I wanted and already had gotten pre-approved through Suzuki & my credit union, When I called in to set up my purchase, I spoke to Matt in finance. Matt emailed a proposed bill of sale and I was pleasantly surprised that unlike the other dealerships I contacted, there were absolutely zero inflated fees. Matt went on to say that although my approved interest rate was low, he could get me a better rate....and he delivered!From there, the process was seamless. I went to pick up my new bike and finished my paperwork in about 10 minutes.I HIGHLY recommend Suzuki of Carol Stream and they have gained a loyal customer!

POWERSPORTS OF CAROL STREAM IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR A SPORT BIKE. I BOUGHT A KAWASAKI NINJA 400 AND COULD'NT BE HAPPIER. EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. AND THE TRANSACTION WENT VERY QUICK AND SMOOTH. I AM SO GLAD I DECIDED TO STOP IN AND SHOP THERE. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN SPORT BIKES.

First time customer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bike was serviced in a very timely manner. I was interested in a bike I saw on the floor, but no sales person. Probably busy with others. Not a problem, I was just looking for information about the bike to see if it was what I wanted to pursue. Would recommend this shop. I did order a helmet. Will put in a review of that experience when it comes in.

i was greeted at the door with a smile and i did not know that there was a appointment required. Never the less the sales team somehow fitted me in and i was able to purchase my bike. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, i will for sure be going back to them for future purchases!!
